To gain a better understanding of the brand, I visited Pierre Hermé’s boutique located on the Champs-Élysées. I chose this location because it is a collaborative project between Pierre Hermé and L’Occitane. Additionally, there is a café where customers can sit and enjoy desserts, unlike most other shops of the brand that are merely selling points without tables and chairs.
During our visit, we ordered macarons, croissants, and the brand’s signature dessert, Ispahan – a large rose macaron cookie filled with rose petal cream, fresh lychees, and raspberries.
Despite being a popular tourist destination with a significant crowd, we were able to immerse ourselves in the luxurious atmosphere. The service was excellent; the waiter was polite and promptly delivered our order.
